Terms of Use

1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AVID Esq Group Dashboard (the "Dashboard"), an internal application operated by AVID Esq Group LLC. The Dashboard is intended exclusively for authorized personnel of AVID Esq Group LLC, Fransua Law LLC, and approved integration partners. It is not licensed for resale, redistribution, or third-party use.
2. Authorized use
By accessing the Dashboard you confirm that you are an authorized user, that you will use the application only for legitimate AVID Esq Group LLC business purposes, and that you will not attempt to access, copy, or export data outside the scope of your role. Unauthorized access or use may result in revocation of access and may violate applicable laws.
3. Account responsibility
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Suspected credential compromise should be reported to support@avidesq.com immediately so the account can be locked or rotated.
4. Integrations
The Dashboard connects to third-party services including Lawmatics, QuickBooks Online, and Anthropic's Claude API on behalf of authorized administrators. Use of those services through the Dashboard is also governed by their respective terms. The Dashboard accesses only the data and scopes the administrator explicitly authorizes during the OAuth or API-key configuration flow.
5. Data accuracy
Reports and dashboards are derived from data sourced from the integrated systems described in the Privacy Policy. While we make reasonable efforts to display data accurately, the Dashboard is provided as a reporting and analysis tool — not as an authoritative system of record. Decisions of legal, financial, or operational consequence should always be confirmed against the source systems (Lawmatics, QuickBooks Online, original CSV exports).
6. Service availability
The Dashboard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. Scheduled maintenance, hosting provider outages, or third-party API issues may temporarily affect availability.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVID Esq Group LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Dashboard is an internal tool, not a commercial product, and is not certified for any regulatory framework.
8. Limitation of liability
In no event shall AVID Esq Group LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Dashboard, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Modifications to these terms
We may revise these terms as the Dashboard's features, integrations, or operating context change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Dashboard after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
